In addition to du shops, you have a wide variety of ways to recharge your prepaid line or pay your bills.
WoW Recharge Card- WoW provides our Pay as you Go customers with four options to recharge. you have the freedom to choose between 'more credit', 'more time', 'more international' or 'more data'. Click here for more details.
Online payments/Top up - Register your credit card details (MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club) with Self Care to pay your bills, top up your Pay as you Go® line, pay and recharge for your friends and family online. Click here for instructions.
Payment through IVR - if you have Elite Plan or Monthly Plan, simply call 135 from your mobile and choose option 1 to pay your phone bill using your credit-card. If you use our Home services, call 04 390 5555 from any number and choose option 2 and then option 1, to pay your Home Services bill using your credit card anywhere.
Autopayments- Register your GCC credit card at any of our shops or on Self Care and your bills will be charged automatically to your card.
