du and its customers are now part of the world's largest mobile community
du and Vodafone Group have agreed an exclusive non-equity
strategic partnership which will help both companies to better
serve the needs of their respective customers in the UAE.
We now have access to Vodafone’s range of services and devices,
and will also be able to draw on Vodafone’s experience in roaming,
enterprise customer relationships and global sourcing.
The benefits of this partnership will be realized in time, over
successive phases.
Benefits for du customers:
- Improved voice and data roaming access across the 67 countries
where Vodafone operates (already available)
- Access to Vodafone’s services and devices, some of which du
will launch in the future.
Benefits for Vodafone customers:
- Extensive coverage while roaming in the UAE (already
available)
- Enjoy most Vodafone services available on their home networks,
with du’s state-of-the-art 3G network
du and Vodafone will also cooperate to provide additional
support to Vodafone Global Enterprise customers with a presence in
the UAE.
