Second Customer Advisory Board

CAB 2 was held in Atlantis on november 10 with 30 CAB "Customer advisory board" members attending to discuss business issues relate with the board. Held at the event were discussions on industry trends, business priorities and strategic direction, as well as listening directly to the voice of the customer in a bid to work in conjunction and cohesively across all industries.

The guest speaker was HE Mohammed Al Ghanim, Director General TRA, while Clive Haswell, CIO MENA, Standard Chartered Bank shared his experiences with du and key insights into the banking and finance industry. The ‘Voice of Customer’ session included an open discussion on four key themes around propositions, infrastructure sharing, customer relationship and service delivery management.
