We are committed to complying with all the laws and regulations applicable to the Company, our business in the telecommunications sector in the United Arab Emirates and in any other jurisdiction in which we operate.
We are a public company with shares listed and traded on the Dubai Financial Market (“DFM”). As such, we are required to comply with the listing and disclosure rules issued by the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (“ESCA”), Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (“TRA”) and DFM.
