To serve our clients best, we have launched our national development department, managed by a dedicated professional team, who are in charge of recruitment, training and development of UAE Nationals. The team is fully trained to coach, counsel and provide career advice for concerned individuals.

As part of our commitment towards developing our national employees, we have launched “Masar” - our development program aimed towards improving nationals’ talents at all levels - from fresh graduates till senior levels.
