5. Will LTE service be available on the iPhone 5?
iPhone 5 is LTE enabled device; however LTE will not be enabled at the time of iPhone 5 launch. We are working closely with Apple to finalize the testing and will issue a software update to existing customers with iPhone 5 enabling LTE as soon as testing is completed.
6. How can I know how many data units I have consumed?
You can check your data unit’s consumption by visiting Web Selfcare or by calling Customer Care at 188. Alternatively, Business Super Plans customers can also text ‘rewards’ to 1233.
7. I am an existing customer with a device contract and interested in cancelling/early terminating my contract to take up the iPhone 5 Smartphone Offer (Postpaid). How will it work?
Please note that your termination request will get scheduled to be executed at the start of the next bill cycle. Hence, you will have to wait till the end of the current bill cycle to take the iPhone 5 Smartphone Offer (Postpaid). Also you will need to pay the early cancellation/early termination fee (if applicable).
8. What is the penalty in case of early termination from the iPhone 5 Smartphone Offer (Postpaid)?
The early termination charge (within the contract tenure) is calculated as below:

In this case, your termination request will get scheduled to be executed at the start of the next bill cycle. Hence, you will have to wait till the end of the current bill cycle to take the offer again with different contract tenure. Also you will need to pay the applicable early cancellation/early termination fee.
10. Can I change/upgrade/downgrade my Smartphone Data Bundle within the existing contract tenure?
Please be informed that within the contract tenure, any change to the existing Smartphone Data Bundle will be considered as an early termination. In this case, your termination request will get scheduled to be executed at the start of the next bill cycle. Hence, you will have to wait till the end of the current bill cycle to take the offer again with different Data Bundle.
