1. Check if decoder is connected properly
2. Check if decoder is switched on, it should have a green light on the front
3. Check if TV is switched on
4. If connected through VCR/DVD, make sure it is switched on
Blue screen 1.Press TV/AV button from TV remote
2. Make sure the decoder is turned on
Only sound, no picture 1.Ensure that the yellow cable behind the decoder and TV are plugged in firmly
Only picture, no sound 1.Ensure red/white cables are plugged in firmly from behind decoder and TV
2. Ensure mute button on decoder and TV remote is not switched on
